First, the method of judging machine problems

1., first of all, in the case of conditional change for the same type of specifications and can use the battery into the machine, if the machine can charge the battery and discharge, indicating that the machine is normal.

If the machine does not charge the battery, repair the machine.

2. can use the external power supply or adjustable power supply to the machine to remove the battery charge and discharge, if can normal charge and discharge, the machine fault (this method only for non intelligent battery).

For the use of too short batteries, first check whether the machine output voltage is in the factory required voltage range, the machine output voltage is not normal, may cause the battery to be dissatisfied with electricity, then overhaul the machine. The output voltage is normal, then refer to the above two to test again.

If the machine can only use batteries instead of charging the battery, the battery can be removed from the machine and placed on another normal charging discharge machine to test whether it can be charged or discharged If the battery can be charged and discharged, the charging circuit of the machine is defective. Or refer to the third test method.

Two, the external charger problem.

For the machine can not charge the battery, you can configure the external charger separately to charge and discharge the battery, how to determine if there is a problem charger?

1. change the charger in the same model and specification to the battery under any conditions. If the charge and discharge can be normal, the charger will be maintained.

2. charging and discharging the normal battery with the charger to be detected. If the charger can charge and discharge the battery properly, the charger is normal, otherwise the charger will be repaired.

3. measuring whether the charger output voltage is within the range indicated on the label, if not normal, then repair the charger.

Three, battery problems

First of all, take out your battery to see if there is a bulging phenomenon, metal contact position is not rusty, if the battery is not normal bulging, indicating that the battery core problems;? Or that the battery life cycle has reached; or the battery protection, circuit board failure. Please do not continue to use the vast numbers of consumers, so as to avoid explosion, causing damage to human health and property! If it is a new battery, do not continue to use, immediately buy the place where you want to replace the battery. If the shelf life is reached, please issue the battery to hazardous waste. Battery zero voltage reason:

5. to come to an end, because of the long-term use, run out of capacity, voltage drop to zero.

We analyze the above zero voltage reason in detail:

1., long-term storage, not used, not to add electricity, you may protect the chip through the zero voltage signal conduction to the battery, thereby turning off the MOSFET, so that the battery can not be charged.
