Design requirements of lithium battery for intelligent vacuum cleaner
According to the specifications that the market and customer requires, there are two types of intelligent vacuum cleaner batteries which are designed and matched with mainframe:
A

A, energy type: small motor vacuum cleaner, which has small instantaneous start and work current, can use energy type electric core (such as Samsung 22F/26F, SANYO, UR18650F, etc.);

B, power type: high power motor vacuum cleaner, which has big working current, adopt power type electric core. (such as Samsung 15Q/22P, Panasonic CH, KA, SONY, V3, etc.);

Combined with the above advantages and disadvantages, for example, a vacuum cleaner that needs a 14.8V/2200mAhbattery, just needs 4 battery cells to 4meet the requirements if using a lithium ion battery. Needs 12 battery cells to meet the requirements if using a Ni MH / Ni Cd battery. In terms of cost performance, lithium ion batteries have more advantages than NI-CD and NI-MH batteries. Because of high cost performance,the demands of longer time products is increasing. Therefore, more accurate solutions are needed in the design of intelligent vacuum cleaner batteries.
